Using numbers in real-life, meaningful & new experiences so they stick after losing them post-assault & diagnoses TBI, concussion, PCS & more, so SEASON 5, EPISODE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... have no meaning, really & why I'm just going to try & get to 180 minutes by 12ET or when the deadline for this podcast ends. 

Use your words to match the impact of "their ptsd" since it's their behavior & words that created "it," or "I"ndescribable "t"rauma by describing it. EXPOSURe [to alphabet] is a first step in learning & also in ptsd recovery in the form of Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET) so my notes are live. They're my voice. They're my texts. They're my posts. I believe the Internet could exist to CONTAIN THEIR TRAUMA until that individual can remove the acute biological symptoms of what we call ptsd, but what I consider "p"ictures, "t"ouches, "s"ounds "d"isordered. It's ALL SENSORY GONE AWRY after violence--duh.
