Domestic Abuse Awareness Month: This month, I'll be releasing several episodes in honour of Domestic Abuse Awareness Month.

In this episode I sit down with Matt Horman, employed mentor for young people, public speaker, and advocate for lived experience of domestic abuse.

Matt was a Police Officer for Nineteen years within a variety of roles including National and Local support roles. He's a mental health advocate, Everymancan podcast host & CIC director.

Matt is passionate about helping others through his experience.
