"When you stop doing those things, and when you start really seeing them, and you start shrinking your fear-based energy, what it's going to do is that it's going to try to find sneaky ways that are more subtle that it's connecting things to her.  We call these backdoor feeds."  (14:16-14:32)

"The more that you move through this process and the more you, we call it "balance" your fear-based energy, which makes it smaller, the sneakier it is because it's not so big in your face.  You're not really in it anymore, you're seeing it from the observer perspective and it just gets smaller and smaller.  But then it gets sneakier and sneakier, so that's why coaching is so important on this journey."  (19:55 - 20:18)
