Episode Synopsis:

At long last Randy has gotten his driver's license - but, remembering the car accident Brad got into on his first night as a driver, Jill and Tim tell Randy they don't want him driving at night for his first month with a license. Randy is outraged to be punished for Brad's mistake, doubly so when Jill lets Mark go out late to practice with his band. When Randy defiantly takes the Nomad on a late night drive, Tim and Jill debate whether it's unfair to have different rules for different boys.
