This Valentine's Day I was thinking about a different love to celebrate, Self Love.

For a lot of us, it is hard to stop and take the time to check-in with ourselves. Make sure that the things we are doing, the situations and relationships we are in are right for us.

So I took a look back at my younger self, my friend's recent dissolving of a relationship and my indulgence in self love.
