Self care is the practice of protecting our well-being and happiness. As mothers we get SO wrapped up in catering to the needs of our children, our homes and our partners that we often don’t stop to think about our happiness.
Self care is important because it Promotes Positive Self Talk. It Increases  your Confidence so that you believe that you can find a solution and support your children through their needs and your own.
Self care is important because it Boosts our Energy both mentally and physically. It Reduces Stress and Anxiety - when our stress levels are low, our panic muscles relax and we can work through challenges. 
Self Care Improves Overall Wellness - self care makes us feel good and when we feel good we show up better for ourselves
