Self Care doesn’t necessarily mean doing things by yourself. Social Wellness is a core part of an overall wellness approach to self care. How you create and maintain relationships is important, so activities that allow you to connect with others should be part of your self care routine.

Alone time is also important. Intentional solitude when you can reflect on your growth, reconnect with yourself and renew your outlook on life. Too often, we, as mothers, fill that time with things to avoid the stillness or because we do not value the stillness over the rest of the priority list.
