In this episode, you will learn a simple/basic routine to help you get started on your self care journey today.

I help mothers take an overall wellness approach to their self care routines, which means I help you focus on your social wellness, physical wellness, spiritual wellness, emotional wellness and intellectual wellness.

Each of the activities in this routine makes an impact to 2 or more wellness points.

Day 1: Write yourself an appreciation letter (Emotional Wellness, Intellectual Wellness)

Day 2: Take a walk outside (Physical Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, Emotional Wellness)

Day 3: Read a chapter of a book or read for 5 minutes (Emotional Wellness, Intellectual Wellness)

Day 4: Intentional silence for at least 5 minutes (Spiritual Wellness, Emotional Wellness, Intellectual Wellness)

Day 5: Date night: 1 on 1 time with your spouse/partner, friend or child (Social Wellness, Emotional Wellness, Intellectual Wellness)

Day 6: Listen to music (Spiritual Wellness, Emotional Wellness)

Day 7: Unplug - put your phone away at 6pm and be present with your family. (Social Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, Emotional Wellness, Intellectual Wellness)
