Season of the Worthy released in March 2020 and has a reputation for being light on narrative - imagine my surprise when this release was even longer to run through than Dawn!The two lore books we got in this release - Felwinter and Trials & Tribulations - are joined by several substantial Weblore entries (Remembrance, Legacy Part 1 & 2, Maintenance Operations Log and What Gives Me Pause) and it was a lot of fun to break out some Rise of Iron music and start to prepare for Season of Arrivals. I hadn’t read the Legacy weblore in a while so it was a surprise to see the framework for what would later be used as the lore foundation of the dungeon ‘Spire of the Watcher’ (2022) be set out when Ana Bray explores a destroyed Pillory Bunker on Mars.
