A review of the best over the counter options for seasonal allergies:

1) A nasal spray called fluticasone (Flonase)

2) A second generation antihistamine such as cetirizine (Zyrtec), loratadine (Claritin) or fexofenadine (Allegra)

Generic options work just as well as name brand options. Be wary of other options as sometimes the risk can outweigh the benefit.
