HAPPY HOLIDAYS kids! Unfortunately, what comes with the holiday season can be seasonal depression. Seasonal affective disorder can be triggered from the cold, cloudy weather, shorter days and lack of sunshine. I talk about how it has affected me and how we can do our best to try things, change our routine and help fight seasonal depression. Remember, you're not alone - it happens to the best of us!
