December 27, 2023When to serve your Wedding Vendorshis is a hot topic for wedding vendors and honestly a bigger issue than it should be. We need to eat when the couple eats. End of discussion. If we wait until the entire wedding is served then the dancing will be going on while we are down the hall in another room eating dinner. I know i know. It's rude to eat before the wedding guests..... but is it? The planners, venues, caterers that understand this normally have hot plates of food set aside for us at a table ready to eat as soon as dinner starts. The wedding guests have no idea since we aren't waiting in a buffet line and are in a separate room. It's a win win....more2minPlay
