Just like snow on the ground tells us it is winter, there are also cycles of life that gives us clues as to when we must change. Much like the messages we hear and the counsel we seek believing by absorbing them, we somehow will shift to the next level.

Women for a long time have been taking heed to messages that are abusive, demeaning and abhorrent of her sex. These messages which are promoted ad naseum are never going away, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay listening to them.

It is time for a change.
