It can sometimes be confusing and frustrating when you are in a rut or harsh circumstance in your life that has seemed to last forever! We tend to get so caught up in our daily routine of life that we forget to take a moment and look at where we are and where we are headed. Our lives change much like the seasons and in this episode we will brain dump about what each season can look like for you in your life and how it is apart of our journey. Taking time to establish what season you might be in can maybe provide some hope and comfort as to what you can learn or take away from it. Each season has beauty but also ugly, much like our life's journey. Understanding how its vital to undergo these seasons of change in our lives has given me and hopefully will give you an extra bit of hope and comfort :)
