Happy holidays! We’re right in the middle of the most indulgent part of the year where everybody totally over eats and then spends the month of January trying to stick to their brand new resolution to lose all the weight they gained in December.
We’re all pretty much used to dieting because most of America is overweight. I don’t have statistics worldwide, but I would guess that there are a lot of overweight people out there who want to know how to control their eating so they don’t have to be on that constant stress of dieting.
Just as there are personality types for interacting with people there are nine personality types that influence your food, diet, and exercise choices. Join me for a discussion of, The Enneagram of Eating, with author, Ann Gadd.
