Before our initial meeting I have my buyers complete their Home Buyer Questionnaire. This gives me an insight into what my buyers they're looking for so I can prepare and properly advise them from our initial meeting.
Confirm your buying power by getting your pre-approval from a reputable lender. If you don’t already have a lender you want to work with, I can recommend a few lenders to choose from that I feel will be a fit to your particular situation.
