Seattle Real Estate with UrbanAsh at Pointe3 Real Estate

In this episode UrbanAsh discusses what an average day looks like in Seattle Real Estate and gives advice on what helps to create consistency on the day to day.

In Seattle, the first and second week in September is always a frenzy with owners wanting to put their properties on the market before Fall/Winter. We listed a 2bd at Cristalla Condominiums and a 1bd at Cosmopolitan Condominiums with a third on the way! Pricing conversations (asking, price drops, future recommendations) are frequent and daily!! Here is my quick take on where things are at.

Starting early and ending late is the name of the game for luxury real estate marketing in downtown Seattle. We love our twilight photo shoots and city views!

Recorded from the Cristalla Condominiums downtown Seattle as Ashley aka UrbanAsh walks through a rental listing after a tenant moves out and talks about staging a sales listing in the same building. Busy week! 3 new sales listings, event planning, proposals, moveins, closings etc
