  • Sebastiaan Hooft Deep Tech Set at Tomorrowland on Ibiza| 19 September 2025
    People of Tomorrowland,
There are no words strong enough, but let me try.
To everyone who stayed, danced, surrendered , thank you.
You gave me everything. The energy in that last hour was unreal… deeper than music, more than a set. It felt like a shared pulse, a collective moment of truth under the open sky. No egos, just movement. No noise, just groove.
Ibiza magic, distilled into the last 60 minutes of my four-hour set.
We will do it again, September 27th, with the people of BEN's gym, and the great team of Tomorrowland on Ibiza.
Until then… stay grounded, stay curious, stay free.

  • The Midnight Project #172
    Hey Midnighters,
Episode 172 is live and packed with artists who are shaping the pulse of techno right now.
We kick things off with the always-evolving Avis Vox, followed by Victor Ruiz and Mila Journée, two powerhouses consistently pushing quality through top-tier labels. HI-LO also returns to the show this week. I played this exact track last Saturday at Tomorrowland Ibiza, and it was the moment of the night. People came up asking for the ID. Pure connection on the dancefloor.
SVMMA, IOA, and Kate Hex bring fresh fire, each building their own unique imprint on the scene. Reaktive joins us with undeniable energy, and Amber Broos teams up with Bermio for a standout moment. Marie Vaunt and KURA, Nick Acid and Miss N-Traxx, and Marika Rossa all bring serious attitude, keeping things intense and raw.
We close this journey with something special. It’s a personal edit I made of a Marco Faraone edit from a Carlo Lio original. That’s three layers deep, and it’s been a powerful closer in my sets lately.

  • The Midnight Project #171
    Hey Midnighters,
Episode 171 is here, with energy fresh off my set at the Tomorrowland Rooftop in Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza. The island's energy was unreal, and I’ve poured that feeling straight into this week’s show.
We kick off with Armin van Buuren, Adam Beyer, and D-Shake’s Techno Trance, then dive into Joyhauser’s 2025 version of Elements, Job Nelis’ Feel It Moving, and a wild remix of Not Gonna Get Us by Mazdem. You’ll also hear new heat from Kos:mo, Sisko Electrofanatik, and a closing remix by Victor Ruiz that hits deep.

  • Tomorrowland Rooftop Ibiza | 6 September 2025
    People of Tomorrow,
September skyline, half-light, low-end heartbeat. From the rooftop of Tomorrowland Ibiza, I guided you through shadows and sunsets. The island whispered, and you listened.
    This Saturday, we return.
Thank you to the Tomorrowland team for making it all possible.

  • The Midnight Project #170
    Hey Midnighters,
Welcome to Episode 170 of The Midnight Project. This week’s show is pure momentum. No detours, just full-speed techno from the first kick to the last fade-out. I’ve packed in a sharp, high-octane ride with a blend of heavyweight names and underground killers that’ll leave you breathless and inspired.
We open with Sisko Electrofanatik’s Distorted Reality, a gritty statement of intent, and ride straight into a monster collaboration from Joyhauser and Space 92. You’ll also hear absolute fire from Coyu, Mha Iri, and a stomping remix of Push Me by Teenage Mutants. There’s a premiere you won't want to miss from Job Nelis, and a stunning twist on *Higher* by GusGus & Vok, reimagined by METODI.
Three standouts this week on IAMT Music Group alone, including a burner from Nelayan and the darkly hypnotic Pulse by NTMTR. Plus, ADRIANNA’s Antiheroes is here to shake the walls, and we close with a bold rework. Gregor Larsen's Pjanoo 2025 sends us into orbit.
Don’t just listen. Dive into the full experience. Every track, every build, every drop is waiting for you here:

  • The Midnight Project #169
    Hey Midnighters,
169 is a deep dive into the underground. This week’s mix is designed for focus, momentum, and that steady push forward. Whether you’re running, working, or just taking a moment to reset. It’s about tuning in to the energy that keeps you sharp and moving with purpose.
Next month I’ll be in Turin, spending two days in the studio working with producers on new music. Then in October, it’s Amsterdam Dance Event. I’ll be there to connect with producers and labels, building the next phase of The Midnight Project from the inside. These quiet, behind-the-scenes moments often lead to the loudest breakthroughs.
This episode features standout tracks from Jay Lumen, Lisa May, and the powerful pairing of Mark Reeve and Joyhauser. I also want to spotlight Ken Ishii. A true innovator from Japan, Ken has been shaping techno since the early nineties with a sound that still feels futuristic. His presence in this mix is a reminder of how deep and global our scene really is.

  • The Midnight Project 167
    Hey Midnighters,
What a ride Episode 167 was. From the first kick of Rise Above by Jam El Mar and SUDO to the last pulse of Escape From Reality by Patrick Scuro and Felix Kruell, the energy was pure fire. I can still feel the bass in my bones, and I hope you can too.
This week’s mix was built to keep you moving, whether you’re running through city streets, losing yourself under the lights, or just zoning out with your headphones. Every track is a step deeper into the heart of our sound, with massive moments from Bart Skils, Paul Kalkbrenner, and Maddix alongside fresh underground talent.

    Hey Midnighters,
It’s Sebastiaan. Welcome to Episode 166 of The Midnight Project.
This week’s mix is built for the ones who go all in. We end on a hard note, full throttle, no apologies. If you’ve ever pushed through the night chasing focus, release, or just a moment of truth, this one’s for you.
Techno isn't just a sound. It’s how we move through the world. It fuels our mornings, powers our workouts, clears our heads. Whether you’re tuning in before sunrise or deep into your own flow, this episode is meant to lock you in and carry you forward.
Somewhere in the middle, you’ll catch a VIP edit of High Society – something I’ve been playing out to test limits. It's not about hype; it’s about being fully present, even when everything gets loud.
Also, Redesign Records is officially live in its new form. The full label site just launched with all releases up now. You can check it out at:
