Alfred Ezman and Chris Lee review some fall scrimmage results in the SEC, including:

South Carolina, behind pitching depth led by Eli Jerzembeck, had a stretch of 10 no-hit innings, while scoring 18 runs, over 14 innings vs. Air Force.

Tennessee got a short-but-efficient outing from Liam Doyle while Andrew Fischer and Dean Curley brought the power vs. Western Kentucky. Also, the Vols have an unusual middle-infield arrangement between Curley and Gavin Kilen.

Texas A&M got big offensive games from Blake Binderup, Gavin Kash and Caden Sorrell as well as freshman Sam Erickson. Meanwhile, the Aggie pitchers, led by Brad Rudis, combined to strike out 15 hitters in a 13-1 win over Houston.

Texas A&M great Michael Earley passed away this week. Earley was a member of the famed 1989 team that went 57-7 and won the Southwest Conference’s regular-season and tournament titles. Earley was 57.
