Alabama—The Crimson Tide pulled off one of the most dominant Week 1 performances in a shutout of Western Kentucky.

Arkansas—We’ll need to see it against better competition, but Bobby Petrino’s offense was a blast to watch in Week 1.

Auburn—Did the Tigers find a competent passing game thanks to offseason recruiting at wide receiver?

Florida—A home blowout was the nightmare Billy Napier didn’t need in Week 1.

Georgia—The Bulldogs looked as dominant as hyped, and then some, in a blowout of Clemson.

Kentucky—We barely got to see a half thanks to weather, but the ‘Cats looked solid on both sides in a blowout of Southern Miss.

LSU—Brian Kelly was angry with the loss to USC, as he should be thanks to some senseless penalties that helped cost the Tigers.

Ole Miss—Lane Kiffin and Jaxson Dart showed no mercy in obliterating Furman.

Mississippi State—Jeff Lebby’s debut was a success on both sides of the ball.

Missouri—The Tigers waltzed as expected as they begin their march towards a potential playoff spot.

Oklahoma—We still have some questions on offense, but the Sooners’ defense dominated Temple as expected.

South Carolina—The offense disappointed, but the Gamecocks hung on for a win over Old Dominion.

Tennessee—Nico Iamaleava and that offense were a blur in a win over Chattanooga.

Texas—A rebuilt defense scored an impressive shutout of Colorado State.

Texas A&M—The Aggies’ offense was one of the league’s bigger Week 1 disappointments. Vanderbilt—Break up the Commodores? Diego Pavia and Vandy scored a stunning overtime upset of Virginia Tech.
