Welcome to Queer PoliFaith! Today, we are talking about the Supreme Court case SEC v. Jarkesy (2024). This is the last case we will look at that is part of the assault on the administrative state. As a part of this case, we delve into what an adninistrative law judge (ALJ) is because that is an important part of this case.

After I discuss the case, I return to a topic I've talked about before: making elections purity contests. I want to make clear how making this election into a purity exercise will adversely affect many, many people in the US and abroad in some very awful ways.
