What do you wish you learned in school? More and more people are saying less biology and more balancing checkbooks. Should schools be teaching life lessons alongside the old-fashioned book learning? Also, sometimes the best ideas are the simple ones. A workout company found out that a little retro styling and a helping of "I could have done that" was the key to making the cash register ring. Derek Clark was considered "unadoptable" in the foster care system. He went from home to home. He suffered unthinkable abuse. His early life was rife with aggression, emotional distress, overwhelming anxiety and humiliation.

He took a second shot at his own life and ended up making a life for himself. He became financially successful but wanted more for his own family. Along the road, he went viral with his "rapping dad" movement, which encourages positivity and encouragement.

Today, he is a motivational speaker all across the country.
