The Final Chapter of Second Story Work. Matty is on the run, and he'll stop at nothing to get away. 

Mandy finds out who Derek truly is. 

Derek visits Mandy in Canmore and gets a glimpse of what his life could be. Hecky begins building a bomb. 

Derek, Messy, Hecky and R-Luv finally meet The Devil's Grip. Derek comes to terms with who he is and wishes that he was anyone else. 

Someone puts a hit out on the boys, and Derek, Hecky and Messy return to Vancouver and discover that there has been a murder in their house.

The boys discover that they're really bad at business and really good at second story work. 

In episode 8 Hecky makes a decision that could lead to catastrophic consequences all while a ghost surfaces from their past.

In October 2009, Derek connects with Mandy on their first date.
In January 2009, the boys spend a frantic 48 hours covering up a heinous act.

Derek heads back home for Christmas and gets himself into all kinds of trouble. 
When he returns to Vancouver he discovers that the house was robbed while they were all away. Kicking off a series of events that will forever change the lives of Derek, Messy, Hecky and R-Luv. 

Detective Robie has a chance run in with Derek in downtown Vancouver that prompts him to run police surveillance on the boys.
