Two back-to-back instances in the school drop-off line leave me noticing that I am making progress in slowing down and choosing my own pace of life.

The joy of noticing the clock hands as they are moving on up.

The physical work of chipping ice and clearing snow is a secret message for me as I have been experiencing the melting of my own internal frozenness.

Casting Rune tiles that land on edge and finding a secret message in that. Later finding myself on a snowy walk on the edge of a forest and a pond and watching the secret message expand all the more. Enjoying the physicality of a secret message.

I realize that I often group secret messages under an umbrella category. I enjoy the game of what connects one thing to another to give me a secret message theme. Secret messages can be layered deep. It is very much like the game Family Feud.

My morning ritual of incorporating 3 secret messages to guide my day paid off in a big way today. I was able to be in the flow of a day’s schedule shifting, trusting my intuition and being rewarded with further secret messages that helped me feel gathered and collected instead of scattered. I often find it difficult to explain how secret messages work to sustain me, but there is an internal pleasure they bring that underlies my being and keeps me going. I try to articulate that here.

I share about my process for creating the podcast and how helpful it is to record episodes right in the moment when I have energy towards a particular secret message I’ve just found. I also share about the energy by which you can attract secret messages.

On a walk my mind is racing. Then I receive the secret message to focus on the here and now. Doing so leads me to find a collection of three colors and then to delight in finding them a second time. Special guests: dog and airplane.
