For many of us, and probably for good reason, Monday is the worst day of the week. Always comes way to early and seems to drag on forever. It's also easy to get overwhelmed and anxious which can lead to nothing getting done and a neverending cycle of you being hard on yourself. Let's see if there's a few changes we can make to Monday's to make them more appealing.
