This does two things in your favor:
1) it shocks the client that you would send a package of this magnitude with information and insights on you and your business.
 2) It wow’s them because no other contractor or trade is going above and beyond like that to make sure they have all the information they need to make the right decisions on their project.

The benefit to you as the contractor is the ability to charge more for your services due to the higher perceived value that comes with being a well-run and efficient company that has good communication with their clients.

Although a Shock & Wow Package is great, it is almost impossible to create without truly knowing your client, you have to know what they're thinking, what they're concerned about, and what they want from you; Without a clear answer to those three questions, it's extremely hard to produce a Shock & Wow Package that really converts.
