Being on vacation is supposed to be a getaway from the everyday hustle.  And, if you work your ass off all year long, you better believe you deserve that vacation!  But, that doesn't mean that your fitness regiment has to come to a halt.  We understand that there will be tasty drinks and delicious food all around you but don't let all that hard work suffer.
