Rakesh Amin is the co-founder of Amin Talati Wasserman Law Firm. While working the night shift in Walgreens as a pharmacist, Rakesh attended law school during the day to study IP and litigation. After graduating in 1995, he worked for Herbalife and other companies, where he developed a passion for the health & beauty industry. In 1998 Rakesh co-founded his firm, which focuses on FDA, FTC, advertising and Prop 65 regulatory compliance, patents for inventions, trademarks for brands, and much more. Today, Amin Talati Wasserman Law Firm has more than 30 attorneys who work across the country, in Washington DC, Los Angeles and Chicago, representing companies throughout the world including ingredient, finished product, retailers, private equity and corporate law firms. Rakesh strives to continue growing his firm, with a main focus on building value for clients beyond providing strong legal services.
