I loved Seducing the Enemy!!!! Etta meets "Harry" Harrison in a club, he is working and she stumbles and falls on him on her way into the club with her good friend Anne. Anne has dared Etta to seduce a man of Anne's choice as a way for Etta to get back in the game, to start living her life a little less "safe". Etta had lived a lot of her life in a wheelchair after a tragic accident as a child. But she is back on her feet and eager to try new things. Anne was going to choose the man that Etta was supposed to seduce but Etta was repeatedly drawn to Harry. Anne agrees that Etta should try to seduce Harry. They spend a fabulous one night stand together but the morning brings surprises that neither expects including that Harry is really Harrison Damon and Etta is really Marietta Edwards. I don't want to give too much away but the romance is wonderful and difficult as all love is. They have a tough road to being together. Love and trust don't come easy for Harrison and Marietta is full of light. I didn't want to put this book down and I can't wait for Heirs of Damon Book 2.

Interesting story

I'm a new fan of this author and have been devouring her books over the past week. This is a new release and I liked the sound of it but it is by no means as good as some of her older books. Basically the h meets the H at a hotel in Monte Carlo and has a one night stand with him. Neither of them have any idea who each other is. After their night together they discover that their families are basically at war with each other. More than a decade previously the h was seriously injured in a car accident where the H's cousin was the driver. There has been a long, legal protracted battle between the families and both families are there to finalise the case for once and for all. Once they discover each others identities then the c**p hits the fan.

I truly hated the way the H treated the h after taking her virginity. he'd been burnt in the past by a fortune hunting woman and he assumed the h was the same. I found it humiliating. The h was a bit too good to be true. Towards the end the H is happy once again to sleep with the h and then leave her forever. He was a bit callous for me. The author does a good job of redeeming him and I liked the hea.

A fun and delightful story. Of course it packed with drama and angst filled twists and turns. Lots of restrained passion and fumbling love.
