The only way to have any sense of direction in where you are headed with life is by being mindful of the way you live.

Give your attention to conversations that concern your growth and development, not ones that only cause you to focus on negative things.

Spend time in your own head, you’re always in your own head. Understand yourself and your needs in order to create a peaceful reality. Surround yourself by the ones who don’t waste your time, the ones who are valuable to your peace and your growth.

Walk into the new year and stick with your goals, when you feel overwhelmed take things one step at a time.

Set goals for yourself. Become aware of things you need to change. Make those changes. Know that all you have is your present self, so use your present self to set up the future self that you want.

Understand things deeper than the surface in order to have a better perspective. Perspective controls the way you see everything in life.

You are the creator of your reality. You can’t control your emotions in every situation but you CAN control the way you handle your emotions and your perception of the situation that you are faced with. Tell yourself every morning that you’re going to make it a great day and look for every reason to make it a good day.
