Boris Johnson has announced his 'Better Health campaign', including a Calorie Labelling Policy where restaurants will have to put the number of calories next to menu items. Some say greater transparency is good for consumers, however is this solution oversimplified? Not everyone can hire a celebrity personal trainer like Boris himself has.
