I met Carly several years ago when she opened the first SEED location off Palmetto. We were standing at a fitness event passing out coffee and snack bars to the clients. She was awesome enough to allow me to carry FROPRO in her location and share with the local community. Since that time the SEED has expanded to 3 locations with more planned to open by the end of 2023. Carly's sister Cassie has since taken over the day to day management of the Palmetto and overall Spirit of the locations. 

We had the chance to sit down and talk about the success and challenges of working with together, balancing family and growing a business and how to stay focused in the midst of so much going on with daily life. Both believe in the idea of taking massive fucking action and following your heart where you are called in life. Being a part of a growing business, getting to share with the local community and expanding the SEED brand has been a Godsend for both of them creatively.
