In this episode I talk about depression and a recent bout of it I have pulled out of by the time this posts. But, I know this is a relatable topic and so I spill it about what can cause depression and some ways to get through.
Secondly I’m sharing my current diet which has seed cycling (for optimal hormone health) incorporated in it. This is the beginning of a monthly podcast where I will share a sample diet for those of you looking for ideas. If you want the monthly diet (beginning with this one) written in PDF form with a few notes feel free to Venmo me Debra-Terpstra $10 and I’ll email it to you!
