Very simple and very well presented. This is a book that simply and clearly sets out the manner to attract miracles into your life. There are some recordings that can be purchased through the author, but he makes it very clear that they are not at all necessary to use this manual. I, myself, did not make another purchase. If you are interested, anyone can go on line and find demonstrations of these mantras.
For very little money, I think you will find this a useful instructional tool.
