Children are a living expression of genius. Children are here to teach us. We have so much to learn from them. To realign with what really matters. Observing children and their innate wisdom, invites us to reconnect with what we once knew - true love, play, acceptance of all emotions, innocence, curiosity, connection, innovation, expression etc.

May you begin to view children differently. Allowing children to illuminate the way, showing us how to connect with our own inner child; by being connected to themselves - embodied geniuses. Your own inner child knows all the secrets to your happiness, genius, wisdom, joy, expression, purpose, and so much more. Become still, quiet and present with yourself so they feel safe to reopen to you.

Have patience for the child within you, pinky promise they want to feel held, supported, seen, and loved by you. Walking with your own inner child can open so many doors in your life.
