Jealousy - oooof whatta feeling. She is visceral. She is fiery. She is an experience that we may have because we are human. Humans tend to look outside of themselves quite often. Doing so, you forget to realize all that you are. Nobody outside of you can touch your internal oasis where your heart, your mind, and your spirit lives.
Jealousy amongst women is so sad but it's real, it's present, and it has plagued the hearts and minds of many - including myself. Diving into thoughts around jealousy with women and how to become more self assured. I believe self assurance is the way to travel beyond those inadequate feelings that jealousy stems from.
It should never be Women vs. Women. But sometimes that is felt energetically within a space. It's sad and I don't believe it has to be that way. Radiating that yucky feeling of jealousy is extremely palpable and speaks volumes to the internal well being of someone choosing that route. We always have a choice. Will you let your past experiences with feelings of lack dictate how you move forward in your life with Women?
You are deserving of deep, embodied, emotional, support. Women have bountiful super powers & holding space with the upmost respect and compassion is one of them. To rupture, or break in the presence of a Woman, will be the most transformative experience for your emotional body. You become remade. You are held. You are seen. You are safe. You are supported in all that you are and choose to release.
Letting go of jealousy creates room for immense amount of beauty to enter the garden of your mind. Plucking jealousy from the root and replacing those feelings of lack with self assurance moves you forward in alignment with the Woman you are meant to be. The true essence of you does not leak out energy hating other Women. That's just not it.
