The title of today’s study, “Seeing the Goldsmith’s Face,” comes from the idea that purity of molten gold can be judged by how well it reflects the face of its goldsmith. Often life throws at us fiery trials—are they refining us? If so, they are not pleasant. Does God allow us to pass through difficulties to purify us? Does He allow suffering in order to transform our characters into His image? Stay with us now as we seek some Bible answers.
