It's really hard to tell if someone is giving their 100%. Why?
Because we aren't them! 100% is a very personal measurement. We often know when we can do better, but don't want to admit it. So we make excuses.
The best thing we can do is give 100% of what we can on that day in that moment. In other words, our "Maximum Effort". Doing that helps push past excuses and keeps us moving in the right direction through small steps.
That direction you ask? Yeah... it's success.

We often get very comfortable as we grow to the size, or even larger than, the pond in which we currently exist.
There are two things to remember. You only grow to the size of the boundaries around you. You can't reach higher level of success unless you get to a place with bigger boundaries.
Your success is tied to the limits placed on you.
