Emily is an avid backpacker and has done multiple thru-hikes.  In this podcast Emily joins us to talk about her journey thru-hiking the Ice Age Trail this past winter. The Ice Age Trail is a 1,200 mile trail that is located fully in Wisconsin. Emily talks a little bit about what thru-hiking is.
