Ashley Zagst is one of those people you meet that goes for after her goals.  Zagst started her career as a professional dancer where getting rejected is more likely than getting a gig.  

Rents in San Francisco are expensive so she decided to get into a content marketing role at various startups.  She made it to the head of marketing at Bravado.

The mission of Bravado is to elevate the profession of sales including diversity in sales.   She felt their isn't enough women in sales so she's the change she wants to see.
