How do you lead… while also being led? How do you make decisions with the goals and intentions of others in mind? This week Craig co-hosts this episode with Jesse Leimer. Jesse is on staff with Craig, and they talk candidly about how to lead with excellence while also knowing you yourself are being led by someone else.

What if we’re doing it all wrong? What if we’ve lost sight of what true leadership should be like and God is bringing a reset to the way we are to lead ourselves and others. In this episode we look at how Jesus’ birth was actually resetting God’s plan to “rule” His people… but differently as rulers had lost sight of what it meant to actually care for the people. By looking at how Jesus was to rule, we can see how God wants us to take care of our own lives and the lives of others.
