Coach Harv and Towles discuss some of the recent NFL transactions and talk some Major League Baseball as the season has just gotten underway wit two games in Japan. The rest of the league will start on March 28th.

Antonio Brown was traded to the Raiders for a 3rd and 5th round pick. Towles still thinks Lebron is having an MVP type season. The Golden State Warriors are playing subpar but Coach Harv thinks they are just waiting to hit the Playoff switch. Bryce Harper saw four outfielders with the I field shifted to the pull side.
