When we say "be responsible" it's more of our choice. In certain life situations though, being responsible is not necessarily a choice.
Our hero for today has made her choice of being responsible for her ailing father, who suffers from Dementia with Psychosis and is currently in an advanced stage of Alzheimer's.
From having a personal life and being a professional goal setter to becoming a full-time caretaker is choice she made. How many of us would be able to make that kind of a choice?
So take this journey with her as she narrates her struggles, emotional and physical, drawbacks of her own and her father, family support and her uncertain goals for now.
Nidhi Shah demonstrates strength, love for her family and encourages others to create beautiful memories while you can.
Nidhi writes articles on dementia, psychological upheaval as a caretaker and so much more - https://www.linkedin.com/in/nidhi-shah-5361149/detail/recent-activity/posts/

In this podcast we are exploring lives and mindset of our 2 promising students Ansh & Deepanshu. They have had their own share of social image , bullies and family/friends acceptance issues. Where most may fall prey to anxiety, depression or stress, these 2 have learnt the right way to deal with.
Their formula is pretty simple - detach yourself from the situation - ask yourself "Why", accept your reality and see if you will feel the someway about this stress 6months from now.
Their app "Real Talk" is in process, however you can be part of this community on

Meet Micheal Reyna had an incredible journey of substance abuse for most part of his teen and adult life. This lead to a road of crime, lost loved ones and was homeless.
Today he is not only a recovering addict, but also he is mentor to many who wish to change their life.
During my conversation with him, when I asked "do you blame your father?" He responded "No, those were my choices".
How often do we come across someone who takes responsibility even thought at some point he was inspired by others action.
