Welcome! We are Sharon and Cris, two neurodivergent, queer, Latinx bilingual twins getting to know ourselves, questioning and unlearning the things we were taught, healing and growing. We create in English, Spanish, and Spanglish because one language is never enough.

We will no longer provide descriptions to our episodes as that is not within our capacity nor is it a priority for us. We are sharing our emotional wealth in this podcast and invite others to be part of a reciprocal equitable energetic exchange in the form of Zelle, Venmo, Amazon Wish List, subscribing to the podcast, commenting, sharing with a friend, sharing your story with us, or booking a session with us. There is a severe lack of emotional wealth in this world and we offer this to folx that are ready to embrace abundance not just as a physical need but as a mental, emotional and spiritual need. We commit to learning and unlearning. We exist beyond the black and white binary instead living and creating in the gray. Change is a constant and we commit to surrendering to the ebbs and flows of life.
