Finally, we think about simple ideas to commemorate each day of this week in action.

In this episode we will talk about what overthinking is and how to overcome it. Is it possible that the members of the Holy Family: Mary, Joseph and Jesus experienced what is the reality of all of us? Were they overthinking? How do they give us an example to overcome it? 

In this episode we will talk about prayer. What is my and your experience of prayer on our life journey. We will unpack different ways of understanding prayer as an expression of our relationship with God.
