In this Episode, We discuss our major takeaways and lessons of 2020 as it's been quite the year. Steve explains how each part of his growth and career has lead to where he is today. Steve also goes into detail about how he's learned to manage multiple businesses as they continue to grow, working and leading employees, teaching co-op students, and some key tips and takeaways from his own experiences in life and business.

We discuss our thoughts behind post secondary education, taking a year off, figuring out purpose, and taking action towards creating the future and life YOU truly want to live. We also discuss our personal thoughts on when post secondary education is necessary and when you can pursue self learning, development and growth. Lastly we discuss our personal experiences with being in Grade 12 and figuring out the next steps in our lives as for anyone this is quite a stressful time. If you're unsure as to what you want to do after high school please take the year off coming out of high school, this will save you lots of money and will help you figure out your vision and what you want out of life. The world is yours to take!
