Karaleigh Garrison is a motivational speaker, singer/songwriter, passion coach, and the host of the Seeking Sunshine Podcast. She is deeply passionate about inspiring others to do what lights them up because she knows that we are all better humans when our cups are full. Karaleigh guides others to a greater sense of purpose and helps them cultivate courage in the face of adversity, strive for momentum even when it’s messy, and authentically align their purpose with the divine. 

Karaleigh is also a wife and mother to 3 autistic children. Karaleigh started her podcast journey with Seeking Sunshine, inspiring listeners to find the light through the dark times but recently she has rebranded her podcast to Seeking Sunshine, Do What Lights You UP so she now inspires other moms to find their passions while still being a great mom to their kids. We can have BOTH the passion work and the great parenting. We are not sacrificing are dreams just because we are moms.
