Continuing with our pain series, in this episode I discuss what manual therapy is and dive into some common misconceptions about it. I'm definitely not ANTI manual therapy; in fact I like using it in my practice, but I think the narrative around what it's doing and what it isn't doing is important (hint: it's probably not doing what you have been told it's doing).

3. Most of the time, it doesn't change how I'm going to evaluate or treat you.
