Take time each day for a sacred pause. Give yourself the gift of climbing into the lap of God and resting for 10 minutes (or more) each day. This can be done anywhere, any time.
Before you begin, choose a word or phrase for your prayer. (For example, "Abba", "Jesus, I'm listening", or "Be with me") It is not said in repetition, like a mantra, but used to draw you back if your mind begins to wander.
Together with our community, we will create a reservoir of grace each week, centering on the wholeness of mind, body, heart, and soul.
