Four years ago, Callie went on a journey of trying to understand who she was at her core - who God made her to be. She quickly realized that her feelings of being "stuck", were not something that could be fixed by chai tea lattes. Through this process, she learned the true power of God's Word, our minds, and the Enneagram - leading her to become a certified Enneagram life coach. 

Living in Northwest Arkansas, Callie helps people all over the country live in the freedom and abundance that God calls us to. It is her belief that true freedom awaits you, you just have to wake up to the opportunity that's calling your name.

Why is prayer important? If God knows what I need, why should I pray? Let’s think about it this way: when we read the Bible, God is speaking to us. When we pray, we are speaking to Him. Isn’t that something!? We long to hear God’s voice. 

We can easily think, if God knows everything, including my every thought, and knows what I need, why do I need to pray? Why should I tell him about what’s on my heart, if I trust that He is good and cares for me?

Hey, friend. Welcome to The Bless it or Block it Podcast. My name is Cami Jones and I am beyond excited to start this podcast journey. Today, I am going to go over what you can expect in this podcast, who I am, and how I believe this podcast will bring truth and encouragement to our prayer life.

You may be wondering, why Bless it or Block it? This is a prayer that I rely on when I am feeling discouraged and need God’s guidance. Looking back, I can vividly see how God blessed or blocked relationships, circumstances, situations, etc. for His plan and not my own, even if my heart was set on it.

In Bless it or Block it, you will be hearing from myself on how specifically God has worked in my life through prayer, as well as, guests who will be joining and giving insight on how prayer has impacted their lives.

Who am I? I am Cami, a wife and mom, with an entrepreneurial spirit, on a mission for Christ. I believe there is power in the truth of God’s Word and that prayer is the most valuable tool we Christians have.
